Return & Refund Policy

Return/Exchange

Koji Pet has a 14 day return/exchange policy for all products, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery of your order to be eligible. 

  • Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Any shipping fees that are paid at the time of your purchase are non-refundable. 
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs relating to returns or exchanges.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a return or refund..

To initiate a return, please message us at hello@kojipet.au with your order number. 

Damaged/Faulty goods

All orders will be properly packaged and checked before dispatch to ensure you receive your item in excellent condition. Due to the nature of shipping, products may rarely arrive damaged or deformed. 

If you received a damaged/faulty product, please message us at hello@kojipet.au within 3 business days of the delivery of your order. We may request for photographic evidence to verify the issue. 

Koji Pet will be responsible for all shipping costs related to return of damaged/faulty goods. 

Cancelling your order before shipment 

If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch of your order, please contact us at hello@kojipet.au as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. 

Refunds

Once a return has been delivered back to us, please allow 1 - 2 business days for Koji Pet to inspect the goods. If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. For refunds to banks, debit cards or credit cards, please allow additional processing time.
